Chechen War footage.
The radio chatter at the start of the video is apparently an exchange between a Chechen fighter and a tank commander. Roughly translated, the Chechen fighter is using a radio to try to convince a Russian tank commander to turn back or he’ll be forced to kill him, with the Russians reply being somewhere along the lines of “Orders are orders”.

The first half of the video is from the Russian side, and everything after about 5:20 is from the Chechen side.
